ALL HORSES lists horse advertisements on its website. The owner-advertisers have used the services of ALL HORSES solely for the purpose of communicating mainly with private individuals through the professional media offered. Contact is made directly between the seller and the prospective buyer and without any intermediary by ALL HORSES or any other professional intermediary.


The owner-advertiser is obliged to inform ALL HORSES as soon as a sales contract is concluded with a buyer.


All ads of ALL HORSES are published according to the information provided by the owner-advertisers. The information notified in the ads is the sole responsibility of the owner-advertisers; they undertake to give accurate information, and not misleading information. In the event that incorrect information has been transmitted by an owner-advertiser, ALL HORSES, as a publishing company, could not be held liable for any reason whatsoever.



Owner-advertisers may at any time change the elements contained in their advertisement, such as the description, price, photos... and this by simple request by email or phone to ALL HORSES on which they depend.


No link to an external website will be published in an advertisement, unless agreed by ALL HORSES.

The publication of an advertisement shall be valid for a period of 12 months.

ALL HORSES may collect directly from customers and Internet users personal data knowingly communicated by the Internet user himself. In accordance with the principle of minimisation, ALL HORSES collects only the data necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The different data of customers buying or selling horses that may be collected are as follows:
  • Surname/First name
  • Postal address
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • IP Address
  • Photos of the horses
  • Description and selling price
  • And various information related to the horse for sale


Personal data are collected and processed only on the basis of the legal bases provided by the regulation for the purposes of legitimate interests or, where applicable, on the basis of your consent for:
  • Combating crime, fraud and prevention;
  • Conducting statistical studies and analyses;
  • Implementation of the contract for the provision of services;
  • Information to owners for whom you have requested contact information;


To ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations of ALL HORSES as defined by the legislation in force ALL HORSES will only retain your data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes or to enable it to comply with its legal obligations.

No personal data will be used for marketing purposes.

All employees of ALL HORSES, as well as service providers and potential partners, must respect security and data protection.

The user may at any time request access to the personal data concerning him/her, its rectification, its erasure (insofar as this does not prevent compliance with legal obligations) and the restriction of one or more specific processing of data concerning him/her, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the regulations.

The user also has the right to modify or withdraw, at any time, the consents he has granted to ALL HORSES for the processing of his personal data.

The user also has the right to object to the processing of his personal data and the right to their portability, under the conditions established by the regulations.

Personal data may be stored or deleted after the death of the Internet user in accordance with the Regulations.

Horse sellers who have signed a contract with ALL HORSES have the right to instruct ALL HORSES to broadcast on the ALL HORSES website or not.

If the seller requests information other than the publication or advertisement, the request will be handled by ALL HORSES.

For all other requests, advertisers may exercise their rights at any time by sending a post to ALL HORSES or by email (see contact details at the bottom of the page).

In the event of non-compliance by ALL HORSES with the regulations, it is possible to refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) at the following address: CNIL 3 place de Fontenoy TSA 80715 - 75334 Paris cedex 07.

All the elements constituting the site are subject to French and international legislation on copyright and related rights, in particular Articles L. 122-4 and L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, Articles L. 121-16 to L. 121-18-2 and L. 121-21 to L. 121-23 of the Consumer Code as amended by the Consumer Law n°2014-344 of 17/03/2014, the owner/seller has a period of 14 days from the signing of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal with ALL HORSES without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

Mail must be sent no later than the 14th day following the signing of the contract or, if that period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-business day, the first following working day.
